Advonet launched Good Practice in Advocacy (2005) The Leeds Standards in July 2005. The Standards set out to promote high-quality advocacy.

All members of the Network have signed up to the standards and all NHS Trusts in Leeds and Leeds City Council Social Services Department have officially endorsed the standards.

The standards include a poster that explains what people should
expect from advocacy services using key themes.
